Privacy policy
This page says exactly what this website collects, where it goes and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, uses only a cookie-free visit count (no profiles) and has no tracking pixels. Nobody is profiled and nothing is sold. The only personal information that exists is what you type into the order form or the account sign-in box, and it is used to answer you and do the work you asked for.
What is collected, and only when you send it
- The order form. Your name, email address, the content you paste in, and your answers about the number of slides, the audience, the goal, your deadline, your style preferences and any partner code you enter.
- Partner codes (if you buy with one). When you pay with a partner's code, your email address is linked to that partner for 12 months after your latest purchase, so your later purchases get the same 10% off and the partner earns their commission. The partner sees the date, deck and amount of each sale, never your name or email.
- The partner programme (if you apply). Your name, email address, country, phone number (partners in Vietnam only), how you want to be paid and where, and what you wrote about how you would share. These are used to review your application, pay you and keep the programme fair. Your sales list, commissions and payouts are stored so your dashboard can show them. The language of the page you applied from (English or Vietnamese) is stored too, so programme emails reach you in that language. Once you are approved, other approved partners can see a private monthly revenue leaderboard with your rank, what your buyers paid and how many different buyers you had, under “Partner #” and a number, or a display name only if you set one; never your email or who bought. See the partner terms.
- The 10-stamp card. When you buy something, your email address, your number of stamps, the date of your last purchase, the order numbers that earned stamps and a short history of stamps added, expired or redeemed are stored, so the card works and a reminder can be sent a week before your stamps expire. To look at your card on the stamp card page you type your email and an order number; they are checked and not kept again.
- Your account page. To sign in on the account page you type your email and get a 6-digit code by email. The code itself is never stored: only a scrambled (hashed) form of it, for 15 minutes, with a count of wrong tries (5 at most). To stop the sign-in email being sent over and over, the times of sign-in requests are kept for one hour, counted per email address and per IP address. The account page shows what is already stored about your orders, stamps, credit and, for partners, sales and payouts; it collects nothing new.
- The chat assistant. What you type in the chat is sent to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, to write each reply. The conversation stays in this browser tab until you close it. If you confirm a brief in the chat, it is handled exactly like the order form. To keep the assistant affordable, the number of messages from each IP address is counted for the day; the count is deleted after two days.
- The feedback form. Your star rating, what you write, and, only if you add them, your first name, order number and email address; the partner code if a partner sent you the link; and whether you allow a short quote with your first name. The number of feedback messages from each IP address is counted for the day and deleted after two days.
- Nothing else. Simply reading this website collects nothing that identifies you: only anonymous counts (see Cloudflare below).
Who else sees it
Running a small studio means using a few services. Each one below sees a specific thing, and nothing more.
- Web3Forms delivers your order form to my inbox. It processes everything you typed into the form.
- Whop (whop.com) takes card payments. Its card form opens on top of this website; your card details, billing name, email and address go to Whop, never to this website, and Whop may set its own cookies needed for the payment. It emails your payment receipt, tells this website whether the payment went through, and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy (whop.com/privacy).
- Brevo sends you the receipt confirming your brief arrived, your account sign-in codes, partner programme emails (application, approval, a new sale, a payout), the download link for a template you buy, and the stamp card emails (your stamps, a reminder before they expire, a reward you claim). It processes your name and email address.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the partner, stamp card and sign-in records described above, plus a small record for each order (order number, name, email, package or template, amounts and what has been paid) so payment links work, and a list of your order numbers so your account page can find them. The working copy of an order is deleted automatically after 180 days; a bookkeeping copy of orders and payments is kept in Cloudflare's database for the business records, and your name and email are removed from it on request (the amounts stay, without a name). Like every web host it processes technical request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve the pages.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits so I can see which pages and channels bring visitors. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
- This website's own counters, kept in Cloudflare's database: how many times each day the home page, the order page, the partner page and the chat were opened, how many times each template preview was opened and how many times "Buy" was pressed. Only a number per day is stored: no IP address, no cookie, nothing that identifies you.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes the chat assistant's replies and, for each brief sent through the order form or the chat, a first draft outline for the designer. It receives what you type in the chat and the content of your brief, and handles them under its own commercial terms and privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Trần Lê Xuân Nhị, whose Whop account receives the payments, sees the name, email and amount of each card payment.
- Google Drive delivers the files of templates and finished decks; Google receives the download request.
- jsDelivr serves an animation library used on the home page; it receives your IP address as part of that request.
Why it is used, and where
Your brief, order and payment details are used to do the work you ordered and get paid for it (a contract with you), and order and payment records are kept for bookkeeping (a legal duty). Partner and stamp card records run those programmes, which you joined. Showing your finished deck as a sample, or quoting your feedback, happens only with your consent, which you can withdraw by email at any time. The services above process data in the United States and other countries.
What is stored in your own browser
Small notes in this tab's session storage: whether you have already seen the opening animation, which package you picked, so the order button remembers it, whether you closed the rewards reminder, and your unsent order answers (name, email and content) while you fill in the order form; they are removed when you send it or close the tab. They never leave your device, and closing the tab removes them. No identifier, no tracking.
Two more notes are kept in this browser's local storage for 30 days, and are sent with an order or a purchase so I know which channels work: the partner code from a partner's link, if you arrived through one, and the kind of place that sent you to this site (for example a search engine, Facebook or a partner's link). The chat conversation and a "counted already" mark for the anonymous counters stay in this tab's session storage until you close it.
If you sign in to your account, one more note is kept in this browser's local storage (not a cookie): a signed sign-in pass that lasts 30 days, with your first name and stamp count so the site can say "Welcome back". It is only sent to this website, to show your own account, and is never used to follow you around the web. "Sign out" removes it from this browser; "Sign out on every device" on the account page also cancels every pass issued for your email.
How long it is kept
Order emails and their attachments stay in my inbox and in the project folder for as long as the work and its records need, and are deleted on request. Credit records (including credit from the old Pass the Deck programme) are kept while the credit can still be used, and are deleted on request. A buyer's link to a partner lasts 12 months after the latest purchase. Partner records are kept while you are a partner and for the bookkeeping that payouts need, and are deleted on request when you leave. Stamp card records are kept while you have stamps or a reward to claim, with the last 40 history lines at most, and are deleted on request. Sign-in codes are deleted after 15 minutes or as soon as they are used, and sign-in request times after one hour.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and say which. There is no form to fill in, and the account page has no password or profile to close: deleting your records is all it takes. I will act on it and confirm when it is done.
Deletion has one honest limit. Once an email has been delivered through Web3Forms or Brevo, those providers hold their own copies under their own retention rules. I can delete mine and tell you when I have.
Children
This service is made for classrooms, teams and events, and anyone ordering must be 13 or older. It is not directed at children under 13, and nothing here is designed to collect information from them. If you are under 16 and live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, please ask a parent or guardian before sending an order.
Changes to this policy
If the services behind this site change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal.
Who is responsible
FleckifyS is run by one person, Trần Bá Nam, an individual trading in Vietnam, who decides how the information on this page is used. Payments go through the account of Trần Lê Xuân Nhị. Contact for anything on this page, including data requests: [email protected].
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described above under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
