Paying

See it first.
Then pay half.

Sending your brief costs nothing. Within 48 hours you get 3 style boards by email, free. Pick one and pay the 50% deposit by card on Whop's secure form; the other half is due when you approve the draft, before you receive the editable file. This website never sees or stores your card number.

The order of things

You see the look of your deck before you pay anything, and the order is confirmed when the deposit lands.

  1. You send the brief. One question at a time on the order page. The price is worked out from your answers before you send anything.
  2. 3 style boards arrive by email, free. Within 48 hours of a complete brief: three images with the colours, type and look of your deck, and the confirmed price. Not for you? Stop here and owe nothing.
  3. You pick one and pay the 50% deposit. The payment link comes with the style boards. The price is a base price plus a fixed amount per extra slide, so it only changes if the order changes. If I can't take your order, the deposit is refunded in full.
  4. The deposit lands and the order is confirmed. The draft clock starts once the deposit and your full content have both arrived.
  5. The first draft arrives as a PDF or video. Within 48 hours. Your revision rounds start from the first draft; the final deck follows within 3 days.
  6. You pay the second half and get the files. The editable PowerPoint file and a PDF copy, by email. Paying the second half also stamps your 10-stamp card.

Where payment requests come from

The deposit link comes with your 3 style boards, and the final 50% comes as a link to fleckifys.com/pay/ or fleckifys.pages.dev/pay/ (both are this website) in an email from [email protected] or [email protected]. The card form always belongs to Whop (whop.com), the payment provider, which takes the payment and emails your receipt. If a payment request reaches you from anywhere else, it did not come from me.

Prices and payments are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee.

What the deposit does and does not cover

The deposit reserves your slot and starts the work. The confirmed price in my reply is the whole price, and it does not move unless you ask for something outside the scope you approved. If you do, I tell you the new number before doing any of it.

Delivery clock

Style boards: within 48 hours of a complete brief. Essential Design and Custom Presentations: first draft within 48 hours and the final deck within 3 days, or the same day as a $7 rush. The draft clock starts when two things are true: the deposit has landed, and your full brief, content and files have arrived. Time spent waiting for your feedback does not count.

Revisions and refunds

Essential Design includes two revision rounds, Custom Presentations three. Extra rounds are $7 each. Cancel before the first draft reaches you and the deposit comes back in full; after that, the deck is revised within your included rounds rather than refunded, except where consumer law gives you a refund. The refund policy sets that out in full.
