Terms and conditions

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms cover every order placed through this website. They apply from the moment you send a brief. Sending a brief costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

1. What you are buying

Design work, delivered as files: a presentation (a PowerPoint file plus a PDF copy), built to the package you chose. Every package and its price is listed on the pricing section of the home page, and those are the only prices that exist. Essential Design has a fixed price. Custom Presentations have a starting price; the final price depends on size and complexity and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. Websites are not on public sale yet; a website made by direct arrangement gets its price confirmed in writing the same way, and these terms cover it too. There is no hourly billing and no surprise line item.

2. When an order becomes an order

Sending the brief is not an order. It is a request. Within 48 hours of a complete brief I email you 3 style boards with the confirmed scope and price, free. An order exists only when both of these have happened: you have picked one of the style boards, and the 50% deposit has landed. Until then, nothing is owed and nothing is promised.

3. Price and payment

  • The estimate on the order form is an estimate. The confirmed price in my reply is the price.
  • Payment is by card through Whop (whop.com): 50% after you pick a style board, and the other 50% when you approve the draft, before you receive the editable file. Both payment links come by email and open the card form on this website.
  • Your card details go straight to Whop's secure form. This website never sees or stores them. If I cannot take your order, the deposit is refunded in full.
  • The confirmed price does not move unless you ask for something outside the scope you approved. If you do, I tell you the new number before doing any of the work.
  • Templates on the home page cost $12 each and are paid in full by card on this website. The download link arrives by email once the payment clears. A template has no brief, scope or revision rounds; it is the file shown in its preview.
  • A partner code is checked by the system when you enter it and the discount is shown before you pay. Only one code per order; a code and credit cannot be combined.

4. Delivery times

Essential Design and Custom Presentations: the first draft within 48 hours and the final deck within 3 days. Rush, same day, is available for $7 where the schedule allows. Website timelines are agreed with the confirmed price. The 3 style boards come within 48 hours of a complete brief. The draft clock starts only when the deposit has landed and your full brief, content and files have arrived. The first draft comes as a PDF or video. Time spent waiting for your feedback does not count.

5. What I need from you

For Essential Design, your finished content: the text that should appear on the slides. For Custom, notes are fine. If you go quiet for more than 30 days after the deposit, I may close the order and keep the deposit against the work already done.

6. Revisions

Before you pay anything you pick one of 3 free style boards: images showing the colours, type and look. Asking for new style boards after the deposit uses one of your revision rounds. Beyond that, Essential Design includes two revision rounds. Custom Presentations include three. Website orders include two. A round is one combined list of feedback, not one change. Changing the topic, replacing most of the content, a completely different style, or adding slides is not a normal revision; it is quoted separately. Extra rounds are $7 each; extra slides are $2 each.

6a. Partner codes and credit

A FleckifyS partner's code takes 10% off templates, Essential and Custom decks. Once you have bought with a code, your later purchases get the same 10% off automatically for 12 months after your latest purchase, and the partner earns a commission that FleckifyS pays, not you. The partner never sees your name or email. Partners cannot use any partner code, their own or another partner's, and their other email addresses (for example the same Gmail with dots or a +tag) count as their own. The rules for partners are in the partner terms.

Credit, from the stamp card or from the earlier Pass the Deck programme (which ended on 24 October 2026), works on orders of $29 or more, expires 90 days after it is issued and has no cash value. Credit already issued stays valid until it expires. Codes or credit obtained through fake orders or self-referral are cancelled.

6b. The 10-stamp card

Every purchase that is paid in full adds stamps to a card linked to your email address: a template adds 1, a slide deck 2, a website 5, and your first purchase adds 5 bonus stamps on top. A template is stamped when its payment clears; a deck or website when the final 50% is paid. With 10 stamps you choose one free template from those on sale or $10 credit. The credit follows the credit rules in 6a above: orders of $29 or more, 90 days, no cash value. Stamps above 10 carry over to the next card. Stamps expire 60 days after your last purchase; I aim to email you a week before, but the expiry applies even if that email does not reach you. Stamps have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are removed if the purchase that earned them is refunded or charged back. I may change the programme for stamps not yet earned; stamps already on your card keep these rules until they expire.

7. Who owns what

A template you buy can be used freely in your own classes and work, and edited however you like; please don't resell it or share the file for others to download. When the final payment for a custom order has been made, the delivered files are yours. Your own content stays yours throughout and I claim nothing over it. I show your finished work as a sample only if you ticked the box that allows it when you ordered; otherwise it stays private. You can withdraw that permission at any time by email, and asking costs nothing.

8. What you promise me

That you have the right to use the content you send, including any images, logos, fonts and text. If someone else owns it, you have their permission. I do not check this and cannot, so it is on you.

9. What the files will and will not do

Files are checked before delivery. The PowerPoint file opens in PowerPoint 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, and animation and games need PowerPoint to play. The ready-made templates use Morph transitions, which play in PowerPoint 2019 or newer, Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint for the web; older versions show a simple fade. The PDF opens anywhere but does not animate. I cannot guarantee behaviour on machines locked down by a school or employer, on unusual or outdated software, or on hardware neither of us has seen. If something does not open on the day, tell me and I will fix it, but plan a dry run rather than finding out live.

9a. Facts and figures in templates

Templates contain statistics and facts taken from public sources at the time the deck was made. Some figures are rounded or estimates, and newer data may change them. Check any figure before you use it in formal teaching, assessment, publication or decisions. If you want the source of a figure, email me and I will send it. Templates are teaching and presentation material, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. If you find a figure that is wrong, tell me and I will correct the file and send you the updated version.

10. Liability

I am one person. If something I deliver causes a problem, my responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order. I am not liable for lost business, lost audiences, or anything downstream of a presentation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Refunds

Custom work is revised until it is right, inside your included rounds, rather than refunded. This table is the rule, the same one shown in the refund policy; the consumer law where you live still applies:

When money comes back
What happenedWhat you get
A template file is broken or does not match its descriptionA working file, or a full refund
You see the 3 style boards and decide not to go aheadNothing to pay: the style boards are free
You paid a deposit and I cannot do the work, or I miss the agreed date without agreeing a new one with youThe deposit back in full
You cancel after paying the deposit, before the first draft reaches youThe deposit back in full
You cancel after the first draft has been sentNo refund: the draft is made
You stop replying for more than 30 days after the depositThe order closes; the deposit covers the work done
A delivered deck has a defect (a file that does not open, a game that does not play, text that does not match your content, a missing slide)Fixed free, outside your revision rounds; a serious defect I cannot fix: your money back
You change your mind about style, wording or structure after seeing the draftUses a revision round; no refund

12. Cancelling

Before the deposit, cancel by simply not paying it, even after you have seen the style boards. Nothing is owed. You pay the deposit only after picking a style board. After paying, cancel before the first draft reaches you and the deposit is refunded in full; once the draft has been sent, it is not returned, except in the cases in the table above.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms can change, and the date at the top moves when they do. Your order is governed by the version in force on the day you paid (the deposit, or the full price of a template).

14. Age

You must be 13 or older to order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian should agree to the order and the payment.

15. Who you are dealing with, law and contact

FleckifyS is run by Trần Bá Nam, an individual trading in Vietnam. Payments go through the account of Trần Lê Xuân Nhị. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any rights the consumer law of your own country gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
